On April 23, the Qingdao Chamber of Import and Export Enterprises, together with the “Love Fund” under the Qingdao Charity Federation, formally signed a philanthropic cooperation agreement with Licun Primary School—marking the restart of its Peking Opera education program.
Mr. Owen, Vice President of the Chamber and General Manager of Qingdao I-FLOW Co., Ltd., attended the ceremony as a representative of the Chamber. His participation reflected not only industry leadership, but also a strong commitment to integrating corporate responsibility with meaningful social impact.

Since launching its Peking Opera curriculum in 2012, Licun Primary School has built a distinctive cultural education model, widely appreciated by students, teachers, and parents. However, due to funding challenges, the program had been suspended in recent years.
This collaboration brings new momentum. With coordinated support from the Chamber and the Charity Federation, the program is now set to resume—allowing students to once again experience the artistic depth and cultural significance of traditional opera.

As a proactive member of the Chamber, Qingdao I-FLOW responded swiftly to the initiative. By supporting the project, the company extends its role beyond business operations, actively contributing to cultural preservation and educational development.
This effort highlights a broader perspective: enterprises are not only drivers of economic growth, but also participants in shaping social value and cultural continuity.

The signing ceremony is not an endpoint, but a starting point for deeper engagement. Through continued collaboration with industry associations and charitable organizations, I-FLOW aims to expand its role in public welfare initiatives.
With responsibility as its foundation and action as its expression, the company remains committed to supporting education, preserving culture, and creating long-term value for society.
