To comprehensively summarize the year's work achievements, commend outstanding role models, and empower team growth, I-FLOW solemnly held its annual report, corporate training, and appreciation dinner on February 7, 2026. All employees gathered together to review and summarize to clarify the direction, empower and improve capabilities, and celebrate together to embark on a new journey. A Grand Opening, Horses Galloping in the Spring Breeze Usher in a New Chapter

The grand ceremony began with a warm opening by the host, followed by a speech from General Manager Mr. Owen, who expressed his sincere gratitude to all employees for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. After the speech, the annual work reports from each department officially began. From breakthroughs in the market to meticulous work on the production line. From the efficient collaboration of functional departments to the innovative pursuits of the R&D team, each department delivered its own outstanding performance. This year, we each fulfilled our responsibilities while working together with one heart and one mind, diligently cultivating our respective roles and pooling our hard work and sense of duty to create a powerful force for the company's development.

Following the reports, a new batch of personnel appointments was officially announced. This adjustment will further optimize the organizational structure, clarify job responsibilities, stimulate team vitality, and provide a solid organizational guarantee for the implementation of the company's strategy.

The annual awards ceremony brought the atmosphere to a climax. The awards included both team and individual awards, with applause and glory intertwined, paying tribute to every I-FLOW employee who has dedicated themselves to their work and dared to take responsibility.

General Manager Mr. Owen delivered a speech, sharing key insights on the company's transformation and future development. Mr. Wang emphasized that Fullerton is at a critical juncture in its transformation from a traditional foreign trade company to a technology-driven enterprise. 2025 is a pivotal year for the company, marking a turning point. The company completed a series of reforms in organizational structure, talent development, and system upgrades. These included establishing a new sales department organizational structure, optimizing talent recruitment and appointment mechanisms, establishing a purchasing department and launching a supplier management system, improving factory capacity and upgrading management, increasing R&D investment to develop core products, and improving and upgrading the quality control system. These changes have yielded significant returns—new business growth reached an all-time high, several well-known industry clients were successfully developed, production management became more standardized, and core products continued to iterate and optimize.

This training session featured Coach Li from the Physical Training Department of the Qingdao Naval Special Service Sanatorium, who conducted a special training program on health management. Coach Li shared insights on "How to Develop a Suitable Exercise Plan for Your Health," explaining in detail the principles, key points, and practical methods of coordinated upper and lower limb movements, based on human physiology. He also led interactive exercises with employees, providing hands-on guidance on proper technique, helping them master scientific exercise skills, establish a healthy lifestyle, and support their career development with a strong physique.

Changing Mindsets: Embracing New Development Opportunities

Teacher Bo delivered a training session on the theme "Embracing Change, Empowering Growth," using "cognitive iteration - action breakthrough - results transformation" as the main thread. Through theoretical teaching, case studies, and group co-creation, the training helped employees establish a mindset adapted to change. During the training, Teacher Bo guided participants to face the emotional fluctuations during change and master the advanced method of "cognitive awakening - goal decomposition - small-step trial and error - review and optimization." Through interactive simulations of workplace scenarios, employees learned efficient communication and cross-departmental collaboration in practice, transforming "change" into an opportunity for mutual growth for both individuals and the company.

As dusk settled and the lights came on, the Holiday Inn transformed into a dazzling stage, where Fullerton's annual closing gala banquet warmly commenced. This was not only a celebratory feast to reward hard work, but also a spiritual resonance to unite initial aspirations and discuss the future. The shimmering red carpet reflected their shared commitment. Employees, dressed in their finest attire, signed in and posed for photos, with professional photographers capturing every confident and composed moment—a testament to Fullerton's years of dedicated work, their sharp and enterprising spirit, and their shared passion for building dreams. Each captured smile linked together warm memories of the company and its employees walking side-by-side. The banquet venue was resplendent with light and warmth. The interplay of lights and smiles pushed the atmosphere of "unity and cohesion" to its peak. A dazzling array of performances took to the stage, each showcasing its unique charm. Exciting lucky draws were interspersed throughout, with generous prizes representing not only the company's reward for its employees' hard work but also its expectation for future collaboration. Each prize announcement was met with thunderous applause and cheers, laughter filling the venue and repeatedly pushing the banquet's atmosphere to a climax. The music ended, but the spirit remained. As the banquet drew to a close, all employees gathered at the center of the stage, the clicks of camera shutters capturing this warm and harmonious moment.
