We got an order that requires LR witness test which was quite urgent, our vendor failed to finish it before Chinese new year as they promised.

Our staff traveled more than 1000 km to factory to push production, we tried all we could to help them have the goods finished in shortest time,

we even drove several hundred kms to help them take sample during Lantern festival.

While new problem arose. The factory applied the LR industrial witness test instead of the correct LR marine witness test.

We communicated with LR inspector and the customers closely, even during weekend and midnight to let customer know the progress right away.

Finally we came to a solution that customer was satisfied, they appreciated our service, later our business keeps on growing.
